On Saturday, 12 October 2024, Housing Plus will host the White Tie Ball. Each year, the White Tie Ball raises funds for the women and children staying at The Orchard Orange.
The Orchard Orange, operated by Plus Community (part of Housing Plus), provides safe, purpose-built accommodation specifically for women and their children escaping domestic and family violence, offering vital support services to help them recover from trauma.
Attendees will gather at 6 pm on Saturday, 12 October, at the Orange Ex-Services Club and will enjoy a three-course meal, live charity auction, and raffles. We encourage our community to join us for a great night for a good cause and dance the night away with local band, Squid Munchies.
Our MC for the evening is Isaac Compton, a proud Awabakal man, musician, and media personality. Known for his charisma, wit, and dedication to making a difference, Isaac is the perfect choice to guide us through this unforgettable evening.
Tickets for the White Tie Ball will be on sale for $150 each from Monday, 5 August.
