Homelessness Services

Plus Community delivers Homelessness and Housing Support Services to Orange, Cabonne and Blayney in NSW.

The Orange Homelessness and Housing Support Service for Adults and Families assists individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness to regain stability and achieve sustainable housing.

Our Case Management employs a client-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach, aiming to empower and collaborate with clients to effectively address their individual needs.

Our Homelessness Service assists:

Adults and families at imminent risk of homelessness

Adults and families who experience homelessness

Adults and families in crisis

Adults and families who are re-housed after an episode of homelessness
